Workshop will be lead by mobility trainer Samantha. Samantha studied Sport Science in Australia and has worked with athletes in a variety of sports, she has a passion for movement development, increasing efficiency of movement and reduce injury risk.
In this workshop Samantha will teach you a basic and effective daily mobility routine & why static stretching isn't enough, desk exercises as well as a pre game warm up. Designed for you to continue to get the most out of every game and increase your physical longevity in the sport.
