Sam is a great motivator and challenges me to always strive to push my personal boundaries to new heights. She is very knowledgeable and continually provides advise and a varied program. Sam incorporates flexibility, strength, posture, balance and endurance into every workout. She always keeps my individual needs in mind when we are training and works hard to make sure that I am doing the moves correctly. She never overlooks the importance of stretching and listening to what your body is telling you. Personal training with Sam has been one of the best investments I have made to insure that as I age I maintain and improve my physical fitness.
